 Notes

Cookies will be produced within 1-3 working days after payment. It will be arrange for self-pickup or delivery pick up on every Monday. 
 

• Store pickup & WALK IN 

Monday to Sunday 10:00am-18:00pm 
  (Assistant will notify by WhatsApp to pick up/follow the selected self-pickup date)
 

• 🚚Delivery: GDEX or DD Express
  For West Malaysia transportation 1-5 days
  For Singapore transportation 1-3 days

Do take note that our products are considered as fragile item and all choose delivery will be at your OWN risk. 

Our team will do our best to protect the item by using custom gift boxes.

HOWEVER, there will still be risk of the cookies being destroyed or melt during delivery even with the packaging is in good condition due to third party delivery reasons. 

Our company will NOT be liable to any destroyed products during the process of delivery. 

In order to enjoy our cookies at the upmost tasty experience, we would recommend all clients to choose the self pickup method. 

There will be NO guarantee of perfect condition of cookies for client who have chosen delivery method through third party services. 

Our company reserves all right on refunds and returns subjects to wrong flavour, quantity or quality that are not due to third party services.

  • The best tasting period of pure handmade products is four months, and it is a lacto-vegetarian food.

• The biscuits can be kept at room temperature or in the refrigerator, the lid must be sealed, and you can try a variety of flavors

餅乾為易碎物，我們使用定制 禮盒 保護 減少搖晃，

即使包裝再完好，常温郵寄運送路途種多少還是會有風險造成餅乾碎裂巧克力融化，

如果您是要求品項完美者，煩請選擇自取。

在意完美完整性者,請選擇自取方式,以免破壞您品嚐的好心情。

餅乾為即期食用及易碎物品，不擔保運送過程中完好無破損，無退款無退換貨服務。

退換退款只限本店失誤，如：缺少數量，口味與訂單不符合

（郵寄由運輸服務的風險不由本店承擔）
